Measure your wrist using a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string. Wrap it around your wrist just above the wrist bone, where you would normally wear a bangle. Make sure the tape or string is snug but not too tight.

If your wrist measurement falls between two sizes, it's recommended to choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
